Syllabus: <font face="Arial, Verdana"><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;">Biochemical bases of carbohydrate and lipid nutrition in relation to cardiovascular diseases, cancer, metabolic syndromes and obesity. The discipline will also address advances in the study of nutritional biochemistry to improve sports performance and its relationship to the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular diseases, cancer, obesity and metabolic syndrome.</span></font>
